Registration/Online Donation

The online payment process on this Website is powered by Mastercard International Incorporated. Your credit card information will only be collected by the bank and the credit card companies via their payment gateway for the purpose of processing the donation payment. Other personal information such as donor’s name, address, phone number, e-mail address will be securely encrypted while sending across the Internet and they will only be used for the purposes of issuing donation receipts, fund-raising appeals and promotional activities. The provision of personal data is purely voluntary. However, please note that we may be unable to complete the donation transaction if data is insufficient.

Retention and Security of Your Personal Data

The Trust will take all practicable steps to ensure that the Personal Data we hold is accurate and kept up-to-date. We will therefore take reasonable and appropriate steps to check the accuracy of any Personal Data at the point of collection and at regular intervals afterwards. Personal Data which is found to be inaccurate or out of date will be destroyed.

All practicable steps will be taken to ensure that your Personal Data is not kept longer than is necessary. We will therefore destroy or erase from our systems Personal Data when it is no longer required.
