Crossed Cheque

You can send to us a crossed cheque made payable to “The Queen Mary Hospital Charitable Trust” together with a duly completed donation form by post. Download Donation Form (PDF)

The Queen Mary Hospital Charitable Trust (The Trust) shall comply with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance in handling and keeping your personal data. The Trust will not sell and, or provide your personal data to any third party. Your personal data will be used solely for issuing donation receipts, fund-raising appeals and promotional activities.  You have the right to access, correct and request The Trust to stop using your personal data for the above purposes at any time and at no charge by contacting us through the channels stated in this website.


Remarks

  • Online payment process via credit card will be done via the Secured Payment Gateway powered by Mastercard International Incorporated.
  • Each donation of HK$100 or above in the financial year are tax deductible according to the Inland Revenue Ordinance.
  • The provision of personal data is purely voluntary. However, please note that we may be unable to complete the donation transaction if data is insufficient.
